For the cold dark evenings.
I really like this one. I spent so much time on this piece, i think it cant be other way. It took me something like 15 hours or more. I wanted to have some practice with light, so i choose dark room with just a chimney and a candle. I think it came out quite nice.
In the finish i thought it would look good to add a wine bottle on the table, and some wood logs by the chimney, but in the end i didnt feel like spending more time on this. I need to find some more determination next time

Vision Originality Technique ImpactHmm, it is a very good piece indeed once ones powerful, or nonexistent (like mine) censorship alarm bells stop going off. To start with, it's a very original idea especially within Retsu Unohana's fan art sector. We lack the sheer numbers of say, Rukia Kuichki fandom.
Technique wise, the outline or the skeleton of the picture if you ignore colours is excellent and the art style is original enough there but realistic enough as well for your purpose. Once colour is considered, the fire and the wine are two only real hiccups to the drawing. The colour of the wine without a bottle to clarify is more akin to representation of blood - it's not dark enough for one solution nor is is translucent to translate clearly enough. The fire...well I believe the critique above answers that.
Vision, truthfully there is nothing that can be improved. Short of more detail being added, it is in the end a very clear cut no-clutter drawing and it is probably asinine of me to ask you for ...well, more detail? Like you said, you didn't have the determination to add the bottle or the logs and I would have given a straight five if those were included.
Impact wise, it's a good piece, or - who am I kidding, superb piece. Good work.
